You, the buyer (“Buyer”) agree that you have read and understand our Policy as expressed below and agree that by purchasing a product from this website you agree to be bound by all the terms of this Policy, written by the M. J. Winter Blankets, (the “Company”).
Payment:
We accept PayPal (which accepts MasterCard, Visa, & Discover). Plus you may also print out your invoice and send us a check or money order. The order will be processed as soon as the funds are accepted and cleared.
Shipping:
Shipping cost are calculated at checkout and are added to the final cost of your order. Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Large orders, please call for shipping information.
Returns & Exchanges:
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days after receiving the product. The product must be in New and Unused condition to be accepted as a return or for an exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Please ship products to this address:

If the item(s) are returned for refund, please provide a letter stating the reason for the return. We would like the opportunity to rectify the problem first. If we are unable to satisfy the problem, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item(s) minus the shipping cost. If the item(s) are being exchanged please send a letter stating why you need an exchange. We will be happy to exchange the item if it is possible, or provide a refund. If you, (the Buyer) are exchanging the item for another item of lower cost, the difference in the price will be refunded to you, (the Buyer). If you, (the Buyer) are exchanging the item for another item of greater cost, you (the Buyer) will be responsible for providing the difference in price to us prior to the exchange can being processed.

User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Company, its employees, directors, officers, owners, agents, representatives, vendors and partners harmless from any and all liability, loss, claim and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) resulting from the User’s use of the information, materials, products or services listed in this website or resulting from the User’s violation of this Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to terminate User’s access to the website for User’s breach of the terms of this Agreement or for any actions taken by User that damage or may damage the website or the Company.
